Congratulations! Let’s get ready! The Whole Life Challenge starts Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Here are a couple of homework assignments to get you started on the right foot. Create your account and Log into the WLC website;

1.  Download the Quick Start Guide
Once you have reviewed the guides, pick a Nutrition Level that Challenges you
3. Set up your sleep goal
4. Calculate your hydration goal (daily ounces = weight in lbs/3)
5. Complete your starting measurements- max squats in 2 min and waist/hip measurement
6.  EXTRA CREDIT-In preparation for the 1st well-being challenge please write down what would make this challenge a success for you!

To receive additional coaching tips and motivation you need to LIKE the Age Well with CJ Page and turn on notifications. That way you’ll get updates each time I post something new.

Click the down arrow next to Following

Click next to Notifications.

Adjust your notification settings, First in Your News Feed

Adjust notifications to Standard, all notifications from this page.

  1. Click Done.
